Program Advertisements Available

PHI's 10th International Conference is scheduled for April 23-25, 2009 at historic Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation, Warm Springs , Georgia . Continuing its tradition, PHI has organized a three-day meeting with 40 session options and will compile and distribute the program materials to the participants. The booklets (one for each day) are made available to those who can't attend at nominal fee. This year PHI will offer the material in print and as a CD. 

Would your group like to reach more than 300 polio survivors and health professionals during the third week in April, with the potential to reach another 500+ after the meeting?

The following options are available for camera-ready advertisements in all three program booklets.

Full page:    7" w x 9-1/2 " h for $200        

Half page:    7" w x 4-5/8" h for $100         

Quarter page:        3-1/4" w x 4-5/8" h for $50

Send either .tif or .jpg files (whichever is appropriate for your ad) and pdf files to webmaster@post-polio.org.  (Color artwork is to be created to proper size, CMYK mode, resolution of jpgs to be a minimum of 300 dpi.)
